Join us for the 2022 Annual Session of THREE Orthodontist Associations in one, huge event! The city of Austin, Texas offers endless opportunities for learning, networking and having fun with our members. Our host hotel is wonderfully set up to provide multiple ways to promote your business to our member doctors and their teams!
NEW THIS YEAR: Exhibitors and Sponsors will be able to purchase tickets to the meeting social events.
Our three associations are working together to take advantage of everything the great city of Austin has available. As an internationally-recognized meeting destination, we want to make sure our doctors, their families and teams, and all of our exhibitors and sponsors have an unforgettable experience.
Exhibit Hours (may be adjusted slightly)
Thursday, November 3 : Exhibit Hall opens at 4:30 pm, with happy hour in the exhibit hall until 6:30 pm. Plus, exhibitors are invited to our Opening Ceremony.
Friday, November 4 : Exhibit Hall open from 7:00 am – 4:30 pm. Breakfast, lunch break and afternoon refreshment break for all attendees takes place in the exhibit area.
Saturday, November 5 : Exhibit Hall hours from 7:00 am – 12:30 pm. Breakfast and refreshment break for all attendees takes place in the exhibit area.
Exhibit Types
$3,000 : Standard 10×10 booth, includes 2 representatives
$500 : Upgrade fee for premium booth location
$250 : Additional representatives (maximum 4 at 10×10 booth)
