Winter Conference 2023

Good afternoon AAO Exhibitors!

I hope you have all been enjoying your summer since we last saw you in Miami in May!

It is that time of year again where contracting for the upcoming Winter Conference is about to open! The theme of the conference is Revolutionize Your Practice with 3D Printing. It will take place at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas over the dates of January 27-29, 2023. Please see the following important items regarding the conference:

Contract going LIVE!

The Winter Conference exhibitor contract will go live on Monday, August 8th at 9:00 am CST. You will all receive an email with the link to your contract at that time. Please mark this time on your calendar so you don’t miss it, as it is first come, first serve regarding booth placement!

Limited Booths

There are limited spaces available on the show floor this year, so you will want to act fast if you are planning on exhibiting!

New Terms and Conditions

Please be sure to read the terms and conditions carefully when completing your contract. Make note, the cancellation clause is new this year that you will see below:

• If booth space or sponsorship is cancelled prior to November 30, 2022, the AAO will retain 25% of the total cost. (i.e. – $775 for a standard 10×10)
• If booth space or sponsorship is cancelled on or after November 30, 2022, through and including December 8, 2022, the AAO will retain 50% of the total cost. (i.e. -$1,550 for a standard 10×10)
• If booth space or sponsorship is cancelled after December 31, 2022, the AAO will retain or collect 100% of the total cost. No refund will be given.

We are offering new sponsor packages this year at Winter Conference that allow for your company to extend your reach beyond your booth space and engage the attendees is ways that have never been done before at an AAO Conference! The following sponsorship packages are available for purchase, and if you decide to purchase, you will want to reach out to Holly Kiel at hkiel@aaortho.org before 5:00 pm CST tomorrow, August 5th to have the chance to receive priority booth placement on the show floor! (Please see the exhibitor prospectus for more details of pricing and what is included in the sponsorship package for each opportunity).
